Edward brings more than a decade of experience in portfolio management in Asian equities with a focus on growth and restructuring companies.

Prior, Edward managed the Asian Long Short Equity Fund at Gordian Capital and Truston Asset Management and was a managing director responsible for Asian equities at Elmwood Advisors.

From 1995 to 2005, Edward was Head of Investor Relations at KB Financial Group, worked at CLSA as a Senior Analyst and an M&A banker at Bankers Trust.

Edward received a B.A. in Economics from SUNY at Stony Brook and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University in 1991.

Jason's private equity experience in pre-IPO and real estate investments (Singapore, Hong Kong & P.R.China) stems from his time as a managing partner at Z10 Capital Ltd.

Starting his career as a junior trader in Arbed Group, Jason went on to become VP of the Iron Ore Division at Noble Group in Hong Kong and has an extensive network in the iron and steel industry.

With his network and experience in the financial and commodities trade, Jason has successfully established several companies that specialized in commodities trading and investing.

Jason graduated from the National University of Singapore, majoring in Economics and Political Science.

Kelvin Sim

Kelvin has more than 26 years of assurance and corporate finance experience with international accounting firms, Horwath, KPMG, RSM and PKF in Hong Kong, Singapore and China. 


Kelvin is proficient and experienced in taking companies public in Singapore, Hong Kong and the United States. He has overseen corporate restructuring, risk management, compliance, forensic investigation as well as fund management.


Kelvin was appointed director and Chairman of Audit and Special Committee of China Agritech, Inc, a NASDAQ listed entity, from 2011 to 2012.

Eugene is a serial entrepreneur and his business experience spans across Asia Pacific. He built a business from scratch and it became one of Apple’s top 200 global suppliers. He then led the company through a successful M&A in 2018.
Eugene’s commitment to giving back to the community is strongly aligned with Ternary’s philosophy of making the world a better place. He is an avid supporter of Sian Chay Medical Institution.
